Carolina sweetens the deal

After not receiving any scholarship money from UNC in the first review, I was a little disappointed. However, I was just notified that I have been selected in a subsequent review for a partial tuition scholarship! Since I am already down at the in-state tuition level at UNC, this scholarship is pretty hefty, covering more than 50% of tuition per year!

While this money is certainly tempting, I think I will fit in better at, and more doors will be opened by, UCLA or Duke... or Stanford (pending the arrival of a phone call on Wednesday or Thursday).
