Stanford decision

Well, after all of that, no love from Stanford. No offer of admission or waitlist for Spanky.

I don't quite understand the last minute interview invite just to reject, especially after the stellar interview! Ah well, bigger and better things lie in the near future.

Now, the decision will be between Duke and UCLA, and it is going to be a tough one. I'm sure I'll try to hash out my decision on this blog, so bear with me. Your input is welcome.

Time to go celebrate the end of this portion of the process with the girlfriend!

Blue Devil Weekend starts tomorrow.

sorry to hear about S.. Duke and UCLA are both amazing schools but are in drastically different locations. Regardless of which school you end up choosing, I bet you'll end up happy with your decision.

Sorry about the ding. This whole dead meat thing baffles many people, and I don't think we will ever know unless we end up on the adcom. Good luck with your decisions.

Duke and UCLA are great schools.
I would choose UCLA, but if Duke gave a good scholarship, than it means Duke wants you more... Than, I would choose Duke.

I suggest Duke. I think that it is an awesome program and they really want you (they gave you $$).
